This podcast was created to help fill the gap between what you learned in nursing school and what is actually required for you to feel successful and happy as a nurse. Whether we know it or not, most of us have manuals that we’ve written for how others should act, and then we get frustrated when they don’t comply. For nurses, learning to drop our manuals helps us get through our shifts with much less friction. But…we can’t let go of them until we realize they’re there in the first place.
